Either you have suicidal thoughts and you want to die or you want to live. For many people, they fall into the in-between, a gray area. There is a stigma that suicidal thoughts are in black and white, but really the struggle and confusion many people experience is more complex. This video explores the gray area of suicide, people who are trapped in a cycle of suicidal thoughts and not wanting to die. The goal is to inform and encourage a more open discussion to those experiencing similar feelings.
